Question: Is there an additional charge for internet access from the meeting rooms?
Response: You will have free access to our internet service through an Ethernet or wireless connection.
Question: How are your guests greeted on arrival?
Response: When your guests visit your office we will quickly inform you by telephone. We will host your guests with care until you arrive, directing them to the meeting room or your office as appropriate, and providing them with complimentary refreshments.

Question: What days and hours are you open?
Response: Apart from religious and public holidays we are open from 10:00 – 19:00 Monday to Saturday. (We are closed on days where a curfew has been imposed under Covid 19 measures). Flexible working hours can be arranged at your request (e.g. staying open for meetings or training held over Saturday-Sunday etc.).
Question: How are courier packages and parcels received and stored?
Response: We will take delivery on your behalf of all post and packages sent to your company, along with official notifications, with your permission. We will then send you an email notification. We can forward these to another address with your approval on a pay on delivery basis.
Question: Will I pay withholding tax on my rent?
Response: Since your company will be issued with an invoice under the serviced office contract, you will be exempt from withholding tax on rent. You can record your invoice as an expense if you wish.
Question: Is a virtual office legal?
Response: Using a virtual office is entirely legal. As specified in the Turkish Commercial Code, there is no detailed description of the place to be indicated as the workplace address in the articles of association. All that is necessary is to have a fixed physical place where the company can carry out its business and where official correspondence can be sent.
